My good buddy, Ryan Farley the genius developer, picked out this quote from the same article.
Here’s the perfect example of this in real life…
Tuesday
For at least a month (maybe longer), ARMLS had been warning realtors that a new login screen was coming. The main difference? Your username and password would no longer be saved in the two fields. That’s it. Simple, right?
Wrong!
One day after the rollout…

“Uhh…”
Friday
“Oops.”
Guess the phones were REALLY ringing off the hook. Classic!!
